Do you work only locally or across Europe?

We work online across Europe. With accurate measurements, photos/videos, and a short brief, we can develop concepts, plans, visualizations, and technical drawings remotely.

What is included in the design package?

Typically: interior concept, apartment layout options, mood boards, color & material suggestions, 3D visualizations (renders), and technical drawings (plans, elevations, specifications). The scope is tailored to each project.

How does the process work from start to finish?

1) Brief & measurements → 2) Concept & zoning → 3) Design development → 4) 3D visualizations → 5) Technical drawings → 6) Handover & support. At each milestone we collect your feedback and refine.

What do you need from me to get started?

Accurate room measurements (or a plan), ceiling height, photos, window/door positions, existing utilities, and your preferences (styles, references, budget level, timeline). If needed, we’ll send a simple measurement guide.

How many revisions are included?

We include two free revision rounds per stage (concept and visualization). Additional iterations are possible and billed hourly or per block — we confirm costs before proceeding.

What file formats do you deliver?

PDF for presentations and technical sets, JPG/PNG for renders, and DWG/DXF for CAD drawings on request. We can adapt to contractor requirements if you share their standards in advance.

Do you help with budgeting and materials?

Yes. We propose materials and fixtures aligned with your budget and can provide a specification list. Sourcing support and vendor coordination are available as add-ons.

How do payments work and what are typical timelines?

Projects are split into milestones with phased payments. Timelines vary by scope: a compact apartment concept can take 1–2 weeks; full design with visuals and drawings usually 3–8 weeks. We confirm an exact schedule after briefing.
